Fast high voltage transistor switcher and negative 3KV high voltage power supply The negative 3KV high voltage power supply (upper cabinet) can provide 0 to -3KV adjustable output to the fast high voltage transistor switcher (lower cabinet). The switcher is triggered by a TTL level input pulse and its output pulse duration can be altered. It has two individual output pulse sources, the first one is 100% level (as the input from the power supply) and the other is adjustable from 70% to 90% of the first pulse source.
Flow controller System flow rate are detected and feedback to this controller. After pre-amplifying and conditioning, this signal is applied to a servo position control system. This servo system determines and set each valves to their suitable position and then control the flow rate at real time.
High voltage AC amplifier This amplifier receives sinusoidal low voltage input signal of frequency 200 to 220 Hz and output a 0 to 1000Vac high voltage proportionally.
High voltage pulser It generates sequence of pulse train to stimulate cells. The level can be adjusted up to 450V. The duration of pulse can be set from 0 to 15ms and frequency from 10 Khz to 15 Khz.
2KV High Voltage switcher This switcher can output positive and negative high voltage (2K volt) pulse selectively. It can be triggered by an external TTL pulse source or compatible signal generator. Pulse duration can be adjusted from 10-6 second to 10-3 second.
Pump interlock controller This control box ensure the diffusion pumps in the vacuum system are switched on and off in the correct sequences. It also shuts off the whole pumping system when the incoming chiller is interrupted.
Sample heater power supply This power supply controls the temperature of the sample heater by varying its output current according to the temperature feedback. It also provides an adjustable high voltage source from 0~1.5KV for biasing the sample.
High voltage SCR switcher This SCR switcher can produce adjustable high voltage electric pulse arc arranged from 0~1200V dc with variable discharging frequency 0 to 10 Hz to produce cluster ion source across its electrodes.
10 channel switcher and strain gauge amplifier Signals from 10 strain gauge are connected to this switcher. One of these signals will be selected and amplified. The gain of this amplifier is 500. The output signal level is 0 to 5V.
