PolyJet 3D Printer – J850 Prime

Stratasys PolyJet technology is one of the few processes on the market that is capable of seamlessly providing multi-material 3D printing capabilities. The J850 Prime can produce over 600,000 PANTONE® validated color combinations, print seven resins simultaneously and provide multi-material capabilities that bring your most imaginative ideas to life.

  • VeroUltra™ opaque materials in black and white
  • Vero™ family of materials including neutral shades and vibrant VeroVivid™Cyan,
  • VeroVivid™Magenta and VeroVivid™Yellow colors
  • Agilus30™ flexible material
  • Transparent VeroClear™ and VeroUltraClear
  • Digital ABS Plus ivory
• Digital model materials: Unlimited number of composite materials including:
  • Over 600,000 colors with VeroUltra
  • Rubber-like materials in a variety of Shore A values
  • Translucent color tints
• Layer thickness: Horizontal build layers down to 14 microns, with 55 microns in Super High Speed mode
• Accuracy: Typical deviation from STL dimensions, for models printed with rigid materials, based on size:
  • Under 100 mm – ±100μ;
  • Above 100 mm – ±200μ or ± 0.06% of part length, whichever is greater.
