The Nano-Measuration equipment in CAD/CAM/CAE unit facilitates the research activities in the University. We provide training for our users about machine operation as well as give advices on nano-measurement. The two nanoindentation machines allow us to do indentation at load range from 1 mN to 20N and at temperature range from -6 degree to over 400 degree. Our optical profiler can measure surface roughness at resolution below 3 Armstrong. Some related research works are listed below:
